Returns and Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges, see details:
- Please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving package with the Orden Number.
- Ship items back within 10 days of receiving package
- Items must have the label attached to it, be on original package and never be worn
- We don't accept cancellations
- No Refunds. ONLY Store Credit
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons like earrings)
- Items on Sale
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Jewelry should be carefully stored. Care should be taken to protect it from knocks, chemicals, perspiration, extreme temperatures & sunlight. We recommend you don't wet the jewels or shower with them & avoid directly spraying perfume or alcohol.
